The court accepted the solicitor-witness's contemporaneous practice and testimony that she prepared, explained and witnessed the 2011 will; medical records showed recovery and capacity at the relevant time; therefore the applicant proved proper execution, testamentary capacity and the deceased's knowledge and approval on the balance of probabilities, so the will is the deceased's valid last will and probate should be granted; the injunction claim was refused because proprietary title requires probate and assent registration and the applicant had not yet completed those steps.
