Mother's relocation application was granted because the court found the application genuine and realistic, the mother lacks adequate social and financial support in Hong Kong such that refusal would materially impair her psychological stability (and therefore the children's welfare), Canada offers established family, social and educational support and the court could craft enforceable access arrangements and ancillary orders (including mirror order) to preserve the father-child relationship.
