The court refused to revoke the letters of administration or remove the administrator because at the date of death the Deceased held no interest in the Property by virtue of joint tenancy and right of survivorship, the HCA proceedings did not amount to material non-disclosure or misrepresentation that would have prevented the grant, there was no evidence of dishonesty or endangerment of estate assets, removal is a discretionary remedy to be exercised sparingly and the plaintiff had delayed and offered no neutral replacement.
