Where photographic stills adequately reveal the content, a magistrate need not view the tapes; however the magistrate did not give sufficient credit for the appellant's clear record and therefore the appropriate remedy was to reduce the sentence on charge one from four to three months while leaving the two-month concurrent sentence on charge two unchanged.
