- Court of First Instance

Given the respondent's litigation history and conduct the court found it necessary and proportionate to make a Restricted Proceedings Order and a Restraint of Applications Order to prevent further abuse of process. The RPO/RAO may extend beyond re-litigation to certain fresh abusive claims, and may be applied to proceedings in the District Court, Labour Tribunal and Small Claims Tribunal and to leave applications for judicial review, but not to deprive the respondent of the right to appeal to the Court of Appeal; specified procedural safeguards for leave applications were ordered.
