    Court accepted applicant's medical and social assistance evidence as establishing a material adverse change in his means since the 2017 order; suspension was refused for lack of evidence of improvement within a year; accordingly the 2017 order was varied to reduce periodic child payments for the two younger daughters from HKD3,000 to HKD1,000 per month (HKD500 each) with effect from October 2020 (date of unemployment) until each child turns 18 or ceases full‑time education, and no order as to costs was made given mutual financial difficulties and absence of legal representation.
