The court revoked the grant to the first defendant because she, as administrator, failed over many years to perform statutory and fiduciary duties, failed to disclose estate assets or accounts, effected a substantial transfer of the principal estate asset and took proceeds without accounting or distribution; consequently the original grant had become void/useless and should be revoked and a new grant issued to the applicant upon compliance with Probate Registry procedures; costs awarded to the applicant against the first defendant.
