MAN CHING-IP AND OTHERS v. THE QUEEN
- Citation
- MAN CHING-IP AND OTHERS v. THE QUEEN
- Court
- Court of Appeal
- Case number
- CACC543/1980
The appeals were allowed in part because the 5th Defendant's role was smaller than others and his sentence for the relevant count was excessive, and because the Crown did not establish that the 7th Defendant was the printer or ring-leader; accordingly the court substituted reduced terms (5th Defendant reduced to 3 years on the sixth count; 7th Defendant reduced to 5 years on the seventh count).
