The Court holds that it retains inherent jurisdiction to extend time for filing an O.12 r.8 summons after the 14-day period and to entertain applications to discharge ex parte O.11 leave for material non-disclosure, and it also has power under O.32 r.6 to police ex parte applications; O.12 r.8(2) does not divest or fetter that inherent jurisdiction.
