The trial judge did not err in admitting the contested police statements; there was no demonstrated unfairness or material misrepresentation warranting exclusion, the prosecution is not compelled to call every possible witness on a voir dire, and the confessional statements, read as a whole, provided ample basis for the jury's guilty verdicts; accordingly the appeals against conviction and sentence were dismissed.
