The application to vary the order of admission was refused because the applicant's further evidence exceeded the court's leave and improperly re-argued issues, and the court was not satisfied on the evidence that no suitable local senior counsel were available to conduct the main trial; additionally the preliminary discount rate issue is a general question separate from the factual and multiplier issues of the main trial, so it did not justify expanding the admission.
