The magistrate properly inferred from seven consistent undercover incidents over four visits that 'hanging the bill' had acquired the meaning of procuring sexual intimacy at that premises; that inference was supported by evidence that payments were collected by the establishment and not the hostesses, and therefore appellants, employed to introduce hostesses, knew of and assisted in the management of a vice establishment; the appellate court will not disturb those findings absent lack of evidential basis.
