The court set aside the 4 June 2015 suspension and resumed the Access Order dated 13 March 2014 because the multidisciplinary and medical assessments did not establish abuse, the Social Investigation Report supported resumption, the factors that justified suspension no longer existed and the pending police investigation and statutory s13(3) technicality did not justify continued suspension; accordingly resumption was in the child’s best interests.
