The Registrar was entitled to keep the disputed documents pending while factual and legal disputes about the validity of the share transfer and directorship were resolved in court; the Registrar's decision by 22 November 2012 was not erroneous, an abuse of power or Wednesbury unreasonable, and the applicant's appeal under s 348 was filed outside the 42-day limit and therefore the application is dismissed with costs to the Registrar.
