Because the claims were validly transferred from the Small Claims Tribunal under s7, the Lands Tribunal acquired jurisdiction to determine them under s8(8A) of the Lands Tribunal Ordinance even though the Applicant would otherwise be an ex-manager outside s45(4); therefore the respondents' strike out application for want of jurisdiction is dismissed and the proceedings remain in the Lands Tribunal.
