The Written Document, written and signed by the deceased and corroborated by witness evidence and the Mobile Phone Note, plainly embodies the deceased's testamentary intention; the court is satisfied under s.5(2) Wills Ordinance that there can be no reasonable doubt the Written Document is the deceased's last will and accordingly admitted it in solemn form and appointed the plaintiff as administrator under s.36 PAO.
