The sentences in TMC 9496, TMC 9497 and TMC 11428 were ordered to run concurrently because allowing them to run consecutively in combination with the 18‑month sentence from TMC 8154 produced an aggregate magisterial sentence inconsistent with the proper application of s.57; the appellate court reduced the effective total to 3 years by making the three drug sentences concurrent and consecutive only to the earlier 18‑month burglary sentence.
