Section 4(2) Cap.152, by its clear language, deemed the renewal exercised and created a new Crown lease commencing 1 July 1973 vested in the plaintiff; accordingly the plaintiff's cause of action to recover possession accrued on that date and the actions commenced 10 June 1993 were within the 20-year limitation period under s.7(2) Cap.347; s.4(4) does not preserve possessory titles as rights that defeat the new demise.
