Because the presumption of trafficking had been removed and the Crown did not oppose the appeal, the court allowed the appeal, substituted the conviction for possession for the purpose of trafficking with a conviction for simple possession under s.119 and substituted the sentence to six months' imprisonment to date from 10 July.
