The Court dismissed the appeal because the learned Magistrate's sentencing was within an appropriate range: 15 months imprisonment for possession of another's identity card with intent to obtain employment by an overstayer, and 3 months for contravening condition of stay to be served concurrently, resulting in an effective sentence of 15 months.
