The sentencing judge correctly followed binding and persuasive authorities to set starting points and enhancements, applied a one‑third guilty plea discount and appropriately aggregated concurrent and consecutive elements under the totality principle; the resulting global sentence of 35 months was neither manifestly excessive nor wrong in principle, therefore leave to appeal against sentence was refused.
