On the facts the Mother\'s evidence was credible and sufficient on the balance of probabilities to establish that the Respondent is the natural father; the privately obtained DNA report was given minimal weight; inconsistencies and lack of credible medical evidence from the Respondent undermined his denial; accordingly declaration under s.6 PCO was granted and maintenance under s.10(2) GMO ordered in the quantums set by the court.
