The omissions in the injunction and the manner of service were serious and regrettable but on the evidence they were careless errors rather than deliberate or malicious acts intended to obstruct the administration of justice; absent prima facie evidence of wilful obstruction the court refused leave to commence contempt proceedings while reiterating the requirement of strict compliance with established mareva practice and undertakings.
