Form CR101 was valid despite giving the landlord's address as the solicitors' address; s.119E does not require additional particulars on the form; because the tenant served CR102 on the landlord's solicitors without disputing CR101 the tenant is estopped or has waived the right to challenge the notice; there was no triable issue and summary judgment (and consequential orders for possession and costs) was appropriate in favour of the landlord.
