The Court affirmed that the trial judge correctly applied the law on corroboration: mutual corroboration between suspect witnesses in material particulars was sufficient under Baskerville/Hester/Kilbourne; corroboration need not extend to every minor detail; the evidence of altered records and false testimony supported findings of perjury and conspiracy to pervert the course of justice, so the appeals were dismissed.
