The application for leave to appeal out of time was dismissed because the defendants had abandoned an earlier leave application, their proposed grounds were not reasonably arguable, the Judge properly exercised his discretion in refusing to adjourn the trial and in refusing to set aside the judgment entered in their absence, and the plaintiff as licensee proved its right to possession; accordingly no extension of time or leave to appeal was warranted and costs were ordered against the applicants.
