- Family Court

The court found that the existing shared arrangement was not working and, balancing the Social Work Officer's recommendation, the child's expressed preference, the parties' practical caregiving arrangements and the psychologist's concerns, the child's welfare is best served by a shared care order with the child predominantly residing with the Father during weekdays; specific weekday handover times and minimum midweek contact with the Mother were ordered to preserve the Mother–child bond.
