On unchallenged evidence the court applied ss.9,10 and 10A of the Employees Compensation Ordinance, accepted the certified 1.5% loss of earning capacity and certified sick leave, accepted applicant's evidence of medical expenses despite lost receipts, calculated statutory awards, set off the prior advance of HK$3,840 and awarded interest and costs.
