Appellants' convictions were upheld because, on re‑hearing of the evidence, they failed to adduce sufficient credible evidence that they had no reason to suspect counterfeit marks and had taken objectively reasonable steps or all reasonable preventative measures under s26 and s26AAB; the trial judge's credibility findings were sustainable and the prosecution's evidence excluded reasonable doubt.
