The trial judge correctly found no binding agreement for a three-year term or 15% shares on the evidence and that the defendant failed to prove incorporation of the factory regulations; accordingly the Employment Ordinance applied to deem the contract a monthly contract entitling the plaintiff to one month's wages in lieu of notice, and the award of $8,500 was correct. The appeal is dismissed.
