The magistrate's findings that the appellant had conscious possession of triad writings, that he knew their nature, that his statements admitting membership were voluntary, and that the statutory presumption of membership under s.28(1) was unrebutted, were sufficient to prove membership and sustain convictions; possession under s.20(2) does not require proof of an ulterior criminal purpose.
