Article 73(d) operates to vacate a director's office ipso facto upon communication of a written request by all co-directors; even if the provision can be construed as imposing fiduciary obligations, the ousted director in this case had no personal cause of action and cannot maintain the claim in his own name absent the company or a derivative action (save in cases of actual fraud); the strike out below was properly ordered because the plaintiff's cause was in substance a wrong done to the company and the claim was frivolous and vexatious.
