By leaving the Unit keys and entrusting the agent with the task of showing the property to prospective tenants, the landlady represented that the agent had authority to show facilities essential to the normal use of the commercial unit (including toilet facilities); the agent's false representation was within that ostensible authority, induced the tenant to contract, and entitled the tenant to rescind; accordingly the appeal fails.
