Manica Freight Station was a transit/bonded depot not a final warehouse and there was no effective election by the assured to use Manica for storage other than in the ordinary course; the theft was the physical abstraction at Manica on 17 June 1997 and therefore occurred while insurance remained on risk under the policy, entitling plaintiff to recover the agreed sum.
