The vendor failed to satisfactorily answer requisitions: the statutory declaration was insufficient because it was not made by the person who last had custody of the missing deeds and did not account for their loss; the sale was by the judgment debtor pursuant to the District Court order (not a mortgagee sale) so sections 2 and 53 CPO did not discharge the registered charging orders; consequently the vendor did not make good title and the purchasers' declarations and orders were granted.
