The Court upheld the Magistrate's credibility finding accepting PW3's account and rejecting the Appellant's account of the traffic light; on those findings the only reasonable inference was that the Appellant entered the junction when prohibited and drove in a manner far below the standard of a competent careful driver, therefore the conviction was safe and the appeal was dismissed.
