On the balance of probabilities the court preferred the Defendants' evidence and photographs which showed impact to the rear door and that the accident occurred in the slow lane; the 1st Defendant had the green arrow and took reasonable care before proceeding from the pocket, thus she was not negligent and the Plaintiff was 100% liable for the accident.
