On the admitted undisputed facts the respondent caused or permitted unfair preference payments and void dispositions and failed to ensure timely proper accounting records; these breaches rendered him unfit to be concerned in management of a company; having regard to mitigation (repayment, absence of dishonesty, inadvertent oversight and cooperation) a two-year disqualification was appropriate.
