Where identification is based on prior acquaintance and knowledge of nicknames and was made at a properly conducted identification parade, a trial judge's positive assessment of the witnesses' credibility justifies affirming convictions despite appellants' lack of representation; the evidence supported convictions for weapons and resisting and there was no miscarriage of justice warranting reversal, so appeals are dismissed and leave to appeal against sentence out of time refused.
