The appeal is dismissed because the Court was satisfied the trial judge applied the correct burden and standard of proof, properly assessed the credibility of the police and civilian witnesses (including consideration of POL155s and alleged similarities), and that there was sufficient evidence to convict each applicant beyond reasonable doubt.
