The High Court held the magistrate's findings were not unreasonable; prison rules required inmates to change and take ordered exercise; removal/check of the radio was within the officers' duties; the appellant's snatching of the radio, pushing and shaking off officers amounted to obstruction of public officers acting in the performance of their duties, and the convictions were therefore upheld.
