Given the factual findings that the applicant knowingly allowed a drug trafficker to store, prepare and package substantial quantities of ice in his room which assisted trafficking, the sentencing judge was entitled to use the ice trafficking tariff as a comparator to set a starting point; no misapprehension of facts or error of law was shown and the resulting sentence (aggregate 4 years 10 months after activating the suspended sentence) was not manifestly excessive; application for leave to appeal refused.
