The CR101 was invalid because its stated ground was an ungrammatical conditional clause that failed to state a clear allegation; even if read as alleging breach it was duplicatory and lacked particulars of the alleged breach and of any person entitled to occupy on forfeiture; a defective CR101 cannot be remedied by later clarification; therefore the tenancy was not validly terminated and the tenant's application for a new tenancy was misconceived.
