On a holistic assessment of the five inter-linked summonses and the parties' mixed success, the court exercised its discretion to make no order as to costs between Hansen and the 1st‑3rd defendants in respect of the 1st and 2nd injunction summonses, the discharge summons and the variation summons (including previously reserved costs); the 4th defendant's costs for those four summonses are to be costs in the cause but counsel's fees for the hearing on 28 October 2014 and for the present hearing are disallowed; the leave to appeal summons is dismissed with no order as to costs.
