On the evidence the court found the Impugned Documents were created on or after 29 September 2022 and backdated to 12/13 September 2022 and are therefore void for want of authority; alternatively the first transfers and related appointments/allotments were procured by the named directors for improper purposes in breach of fiduciary duties and are voidable; CISIL and MS had knowledge and are affected; consequential declarations and relief should issue and costs were ordered against defendants as apportioned.
