Given the applicants' characteristics (clear records, strong local ties, lack of foreign connections), the prompt public withdrawal and apology indicating voluntary discontinuation under Article 33(1) NSL, and the imposition of bail conditions sufficient to mitigate identified risks, the court was satisfied that the 1st to 3rd applicants would not engage in acts endangering national security if released on bail and therefore bail was granted.
