Defendants were entitled to cancel because time was of the essence and the plaintiff failed to deliver by the contractual and conditionally extended dates; extensions were conditional on a price reduction which the plaintiff did not accept; inspections did not constitute waiver; accordingly plaintiff breached the 3rd, 4th and 6th contracts and the 5th was cancelled by mutual agreement.
