On the evidence the court was satisfied the Will was duly executed in compliance with the Wills Ordinance, the deceased possessed testamentary capacity at execution, and she knew and approved the contents; the suspicious circumstances asserted were insufficient to rebut the presumption of due execution or to show lack of knowledge or capacity. Accordingly the Will was proved in solemn form and the letters of administration previously granted to the defendant were revoked and letters granted to the plaintiff with the Will annexed.
