- CACV67/1984
The Court of Appeal dismissed the appeal and upheld the interlocutory injunction because the plaintiff demonstrated a serious question to be tried that the landlord may have used its power to disconnect electricity as an instrument of oppression, damages could be inadequate, and the balance of convenience favored a carefully limited injunction preserving the status quo while allowing lawful testing on 24 hours' notice; the order was to be corrected to include the plaintiff's usual undertaking as to damages.
