Section 60 CPO abrogates the old mandatory rule requiring a special corroboration warning for accomplice evidence; the trial judge did not err in law because she exercised the permissible discretion, treated the accomplice evidence with caution, relied on exhibit P4 as supportive (non‑technical) evidence and considered each defendant separately; therefore the application for leave was properly dismissed.
